My teaching style has an alignment-based approach and emphasizes lengthening, breath, and curiosity

My teaching style has an alignment-based approach and emphasizes lengthening, breath, and curiosity. I want my clients to feel challenged and discover their possibilities while mentally strengthening their ability to become experts of their unique practice experience. I consider movement to be a tool of embodiment to relieve stress built up from everyday life and my ultimate goal is to inspire you to explore your true potential.

I’m a former ballerina (with professional training from The Rock School for Dance Education, Miami City Ballet School, and The School of Pennsylvania Ballet) turned Yoga and Pilates teacher; now residing in Philadelphia, PA. I’ve practiced Pilates for over 15 years and in 2021 completed a 450-HR Pilates Teacher Training under Jennifer Morley at Drexel University. I’ve also been a yoga practitioner for over 10 years and joined the Yoga Alliance in 2016 as a 200-HR Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher after completing training under John and Diana Vitarelli at Dhyana Yoga. An avid learner, I continue to educate myself under Jennifer Morley, Mariel Freeman, and my colleagues at Three Queens Yoga. Outside of yoga and Pilates, I can be found working in the fashion industry, gardening, trying new Philly restaurants, or cuddling with my beloved dog Pablo.

I currently teach through yogallo.com, as well as at Three Queens Yoga, and The Balance Room. You can also find me instructing at events such as Sunrise Yoga at One Liberty Observation Deck and DayBreaker. In 2017 yoga brought me to San Juan Del Sur, Nicaragua at The Casa Oro Eco Hostel, where I led classes to locals as well as to travelers from around the world.
